Bordeaux Tasting Reminder & Wine List
The official reminder & wine list from Gary Burhop of Great Wines.

Just a reminder about Saturday's tasting of the just shipped 2003 red Bordeaux. Join us between 1 and 3 p.m. We will charge $15.
Here are the wines we will pour:
Chateau Damase Bordeaux Superieur (one of bordeaux' best values)
Chateau Clement-Pichon Haut Medoc (this property is owned by Clement Fayat, also the proprietor of Ch. La Dominique and use the same winemaker.)
Blason de L'Evangile Pomerol - (the second label of this highly regarded estate that is part of the Lafite Rothschild holdings.)
Chateau de Francs 'Les Cerisiers' Cotes du Franc (the best bottling from the partnership of Hebrard - former owner of Cheval blanc - and de Bouard - co owner of Ch. Angelus.)
Ch Cap de Faugeres Cotes de Castillon (always a favorite of ours)
Chateau Boutisse Saint Emilion Grand Cru (another favorite)
Chateau Chasse-Spleen Moulis (one of the properties upgraded to Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel status)
Chateau Giscours Margaux
Chateau Lalande-Borie St. Julien
and Chateau La Mission Haut Brion.
